This paper is about Turkish women cooking on YouTube and how their digital labour connected to the feminization of work in global aspect through affective publics next hope care delivery. Papacharissi (2015) explains as “publics that have been transformed by networked technologies suggest both spaces for interaction people, technology, practices imagined collective evolves out this interaction” (pp:125-126). Since offline online activities are entwined everyday life due a great amount interaction, performance self emerges along with steps an individual takes (Papacharissi, 2015: p.99).
